can i convert a classical guitar to normal steel string guitar?

I have a classical guitar and I want to change the string from a nylon string steel. just want to know if the guitar is suitable to change its string?

    No. Steel strings are too tight on the guitar, it would rip out the bridge.

    No. A classical guitar is thicker, and the steel strings are too tight. The structural components of both guitars are not so different, but the differences will make replacing strings practically impossible. You can make an acoustic a practice for bass, though.
