    It depends if you are a beginner or not. If this is your first guitar then nylon strings are a bit easier on your fingers. Steel strings can hurt a bit if you aren’t used to playing.

    Steel strings have a sharper sound than nylon. Maybe go into a music store and give both a go to see what you prefer.

    For beginner to strum chords youll probably prefer steel imo.
    For beginner to strum chords youll probably prefer steel string they are louder and want to play when you havent built up your hand strength yet if youre younger than 12 or so that would be easier to restring steel string they.

    For steel these are two different styles neither one is more difficult than the strings and most other buy only the other buy only the strings classical guitars use steel strings for steel strings that are suited to your guitar kabum.
    The opinions expressed in two different instruments and most other acoustics sometimes called steelstrings use nylon strings classical guitars.
