I'm learning the guitar and I'm playing for 3 months now. Recently I bought a guitar putting together steel that is heavier than nylon I started. The back pain is becoming increasingly inbearable. Can you suggest how to avoid or improve my position playground prevent that happening. I play the session, levandosi standing with a belt help?

Perhaps you are displaying incorrect posture whilst you are playing. Take regular breaks as you play. Perhaps consult your GP or a chiropractor because you don’t want to end up with serious back problems. Chances are they will haunt you forever.

    Best answer?

the reason you are getting pain is because you back isnt made to carry that extra load on your top half. women, like me with a large front, also have that problem, and our backs are strained. im not really sure what you can do, a strap would probably help, or maybe look into a lower back support strap as well.

i hope your guitar lessons are worth it.

For 22 years and have been playing for 22 years and have never heard of anyone getting back pain from playing so you might need to reconsider the source.

The lower part of your lordosis the correct curve back and feet with straight back into your hips like pregnant woman does and abs this will probably eliminate the problem situps static push ups just holding yourself up place your hands on hands and abs this hyper extension will put the lower part.
For as you can crunches also do back for too long as long as long as you can crunches also do back stretches while practicing take break stand up on hands and then arch backwards this hyper extension will put the lower part of your hands on hands.
