Guitar question: What is the best way to string classical strings on a steel string guitar?

I have a sound that is made for steel / brass strings in the case, I think that it was an original mariachi scriv guitar machine. It has a cordier which is a sheet of metal folded with the holes in it with which the steel strings with typical dell'estremità passes with the ball.
