What kind of strings (steel or nylon) do I need for my Seagull guitar and how does its pickup work?

This is my first guitar and I 'd gradice put some strings on it while fresh ones that come with are corroded and rusty. How to know what kind of strings to put above? The endorsement websites gull you can 't put steel strings on a guitar nylon string because scompiglia with tension on the neck and whatnot, but I' certainly not real m . that I 'll need to put the above as the previous owner seems to deal with this guitar as crap. I would also like to know what size range of strings are for this particular guitar. Furthermore, as this collection of works Godin? There is a slot on the side of the guitar for a 9v battery that I connected.... more
